Training Review - Weeks 7 & 8

I have had another solid fortnight, catching up with everything apart from the mountain bike, and even that I have done more than the previous month.  I also managed to get outside on the road bike, which isn't hugely useful from a season perspective, but does mean I won't just be hopping on it for the first time to race it in three weeks time.  On the subject of races, Glasgow Aquathlon is up next weekend and is my first chance to race properly this year. I have entered some other races to start my season as well. Not a lot of them but enough to get me started. I have crossed off the first thing ...
