I am trundling towards Xmas with no real impetus and even less motivation. 

Even being confirmed for 5 International races next year hasn't really prompted me to change anything. I have time off work for the next 3 weeks so will likely binge on time but without any real aims in place. 

More importantly, hopefully, is a trip to the hospital on the 23rd to try and get to the bottom of my health problems.
