Training Review - Weeks 1 & 2

As always, I have gone with a big start to the year. Despite being back at work by the 3rd I have managed to rack up good numbers on everything. 

The only thing missing is the mountain bike, and that was down to a mechanical. I did something to the dropper post when packing it after Italy and it hasn't worked properly since then. It collapsed on my first attempt to ride it and I have removed it this weekend and done a bit of a mini-service to see if I can resurrect it rather than replace it but will see how that goes some time during the week. 

Everything else has gone well. 

The only blip is the Range Rover failing its MOT. It is almost certainly off to car heaven later this week and whatever I change to will have to be a size smaller.
