Training Review - Weeks 31 & 32
I have had a couple of poor weeks again as I still fight my health issues. My blood tests showed nothing useful and I have to wait another month to speak to a GP about them.
And that isn't going to be any better this week as I missed my turbo session last night and only did half my run at outside 11 min/mile pace, this morning I didn't manage 500m of a swim before I was exhausted.
